If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within our 30-day money-back guarantee, valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellations & Changes
- You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
- If you cancel within the allowed time, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-11 business days.

We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

- To speed up processing, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, email support@comfyk.com with a clear photo or a short video of the damage.
Please note:
- A product is considered damaged if it is defective or broken upon arrival.
- Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is in good, working condition.
- We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not directly responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our immediate control.
If you experience delivery issues, such as a delayed, lost, or stolen package, please contact us at support@comfyk.com. We will assist you in contacting the courier to investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order:
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either reship the order to the correct address (additional shipping fees will apply) or issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
