If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this period, you may request a return within our 30-day money-back guarantee. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If you cancel within the allowed time, your refund will be processed within 7-11 business days.

We stand by our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • To speed up processing, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for purchase.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@reposepoint.com with a clear photo or a short video of the damage.

Please note:

  • A product is considered damaged if it is defective or broken upon arrival.
  • Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
  • We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

We are also not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
